Very friendly staff and incredible location right next to a pub, everything was good. The room was modern and big and had MAGNIFICENT views of the mountains. I had satellite TV, central heating, and an electronic key card in it. Location: the hotel was near to the main slope as well as the restaurant. I dined very close to the property at Speedza.

The location was perfect for skiing, with easy ski-in/ski-out access. The pool, steam room, and sauna were great after a day on the slopes. The spacious room we stayed in had an amazing view from the balcony, and the friendly staff made our stay even better.
The bathroom could use some improvements. The shower was small and inconvenient, and there was no showerhead holder making it difficult for a hands-free stand-up shower.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms have a unique touch with black walls, and the double room with a huge balcony and terrace provides stunning views of the mountains. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast add to the overall pleasant experience.
The only minor issue was the noise from the nearby pub.

Great Mountain View and Big Room the location of the hotel was really good as it was close to the main slope and ski lift. the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and had a great mountain view that we truly enjoyed.
Noise and Expensive breakfast the room wasn't properly soundproofed as we could hear the neighbors talking. the breakfast was quite expensive and didn't offer many options, especially for a family of five.

We had an incredibly enjoyable getaway in the mountains, with breathtaking views from our room balcony. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the building was well, maintained. the ski, in/ski, out location made it convenient to hit the slopes from our door and relax in the pool and sauna after. the restaurant had a nice ambiance, and the food was delicious!
We did notice some small issues with room amenities and cleanliness. For example, there were limited plugs, and the lighting was not ideal.
